Norad Travel Management seeks to know as much as possible about its business travellers; how and where they travel, what visas, airline cards, frequent flyer memberships, hotel, and credit cards are held,also dietary, health and seating requirements .
This personal information once received will be used in the strictest confidence and is protected under the Data Protection Registration Act 1998.
The information will also be accessible by our Emergency Service team which has live access to their computer Reservation System out of hours.
