Nobody more than the directors recognised the need to ensure we had a framework in which to ensure our people were recognised, flourished and were rewarded monitored and appraised from an outside governing body. Our people are the lifeline between what we say we do and what we actually do, it was vital we could demonstrate to them and our customers the value we placed with them and ensured they had an impartial vehicle to represent the ongoing commitment, support, ideas forum and training in which every member of our team could contribute and be recognised for their efforts.

Norad are committed to the ongoing appraisal of what we do at every point within our business, and the IIP recognition scheme is integral to that process. We were first awarded our accolade in 2005 and have maintained the recognition since, it is not just an award it’s a way of life for our managers and people all of whom contribute to our business”
